On January 28, 2023, Jiaxing City Three-level Cadre Conference and the Promotion Conference of Building a Strong City Through Intelligent Manufacturing and Innovation were held. Chen Wei, Secretary of Jiaxing Municipal Party Committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech, stressing the need to unite more closely around the Party Central Committee with comrade Xi Jinping at the core, adhere to the "four dares to strive for the first", promote intelligent manufacturing and innovation, provide a strong physical foundation, industrial support and strength guarantee for building an important central city in the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration, and strive to write a new chapter of Chinese path to modernization in Jiaxing City. At the conference, a number of Jiaxing excellent enterprises, advanced collectives and individuals were commended. Huayou was awarded the title of "Enterprise with Outstanding Contributions to Building a Strong City Through Intelligent Manufacturing and Innovation in Jiaxing City", and Huayou R&D Global Center was awarded the title of "Demonstration Unit of Scientific Research Platform of Building a Strong City Through Intelligent Manufacturing and Innovation in Jiaxing City".

Huayou's "National Enterprise Technology Center" was certified, and major projects such as Indonesia Huayue, Huake and Chengdu BAMO Phase III were completed and put into operation, and a number of precursor and cathode material projects have progressed smoothly. At the same time, we have made breakthroughs and landmark achievements in many fields, such as scientific and technological innovation, project construction, park deployment, and green manufacturing, which have effectively promoted the high-quality development of the company. At the 6th World Zhejiang Entrepreneurs Convention, Huayou was rated as the "leading enterprise in high-quality development".
